• Warranty: All products include either a 1-year or 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Coverage does not apply to failures caused by installation errors, contamination, pre-existing engine conditions, misuse, or other external factors.

• Core Deposit: For items with a core requirement, we must have either the physical core items, or the associated core deposit before we ship your order. Core returns are customer-paid and must be complete, undamaged, and rebuildable. Core deposits are fully refundable within 60 days, with refunds typically processed within 10 business days of receipt.

• Shipping: Most orders ship within 48 business hours, though some items may require additional lead time. Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not include production or procurement time. Contact us if you need specific lead-time information.

• Returns: Most unused, non-special-order items may be returned within 30 days. Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, excluding exchanges and store credit returns.
