Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

• Free ground shipping is available on orders over $250 (contiguous U.S. only).
• Some items, like flammable liquids (fuel additives), must ship ground due to FAA regulations - they cannot ship air.
• Most orders ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), but some orders may take longer if they require assembly, production, or special ordering.

If you’re in a hurry, it’s always best to call or email us first to confirm lead time.

Expedited Shipping (Important)

Expedited shipping only refers to time in transit, not order processing time.

This means:

• Expedited shipping does not mean the order ships the same day
• 2-day shipping does not mean you get the order 2 days from now.
• Processing, assembly, or special-order items may still delay shipment
• Weekends and holidays do not count as transit days
  

If timing is critical, contact us before ordering so we can give you a realistic timeline.

International Shipping

• Shipping charges shown at checkout for international orders may not be exact
• If shipping is higher than quoted, we will contact you for approval before shipping
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping, customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees
• For international orders on injectors, turbos, and pumps, customers must send cores in advance or pay the core charge upfront

Shipping Costs & Delays

Carriers no longer offer money-back guarantees for delayed shipments.
Because of this, shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances once the order has shipped.
