8 - Injectors
These are premium Manufactured Anew & tested/calibrated injectors using only OEM (original equipment manufactured) Bosch cores. These diesel injectors are the latest revision and up to date OEM specifications required by Bosch to replace the original generation legacy 1st gen injector.
- Only new premium aftermarket nozzles to withstand the heavy demands of the modern-day diesel engine. All nozzles include AFM (Abrasive Flow Machining) to fillet/round the edges of the spray hole inlets. EDM (Electro Discharge Machine) precision-drilled spray holes and 100% flow tested for spray plume uniformity and flow balance.
- All control valves include the new chrome plated ball, and precision micro-finished seat to prevent erosion and extend wear resistance.
- Updated injector body “stress test” with maximum heat and pressure through all gun drilled holes to qualify durability, fretting erosion and prevent internal cracking.
Optional and Good to have:
We strongly recommend replacing the valve cover gasket and left return line/clip and right return line/clip.

Core Deposit
Orders require either a core return or refundable core deposit. Core returns are customer-paid and must be complete, undamaged, and rebuildable. Core deposits are refundable within 60 days, with refunds typically processed within 10 business days of receipt.
Warranty
Products include either a 1-year or 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Coverage does not apply to failures caused by installation errors, contamination, pre-existing engine conditions, misuse, or other external factors.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 48 business hours, though some items may require additional lead time. Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not include production or procurement time. Contact us if you need specific lead-time information.
Returns
Most unused, non-special-order items may be returned within 30 days. Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, excluding exchanges and store credit returns.

How does the core deposit work?
Pay a refundable core deposit so your part ships right away, or send your core first. Cores must be complete, undamaged and rebuildable, and returned within 60 days. Deposits are usually refunded within 10 business days of receipt. Return shipping on the core is paid by you.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 48 business hours, free on orders over $250. Expedited shipping speeds up transit time, not production or sourcing time.
What does the warranty cover?
Depending on the part, products carry a 1-year or 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. It excludes installation errors, fuel contamination, pre-existing engine conditions and misuse.
