Application Caution: Some 1994 Heavy Duty vehicles had the PCM calibration PROM changed to use the 440-6116-5068 pump. Refer to GM bulletin 08-06-04-031 for more information on how to determine which pump should be installed.

Core deposits are fully refundable within 60 days, with refunds typically processed within 10 business days of receipt.

• Returns: Most unused, non-special-order items may be returned within 30 days. Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, excluding exchanges and store credit returns.
